DESCRIPTION: The purpose of the work was the construction management and coordination of safety and health of the Lanzarote Social Integration Centre, in the municipality of Teguise (Spain), which has 50 rooms and diferents areas ordered by uses and accessibility for interns, officials and external visits. It is a building of 4.063,56 square meters of built surface, spread over three floors and two basements. Budget € 6.385.524,32 .
