DESCRIPTION: The objective of this work is to project a service station in the EST-2 parcel of the Tamaraceites south Partial Plan in the municipality of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (Spain), with an area of 3.396 square meters, including the annexed services for the sale of fuel and a building of 3 floors of commercial use and offices with a surface of 827 square meters.
