DESCRIPTION: The objective of this work is to prepare the planning and the construction management documents of urbanization works for the urban development of Poligono 2 of Sector 5 “Las Torres”, in the municipality of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (Spain), with a residential use surface of 22,6has. The works included the drafting of the modification of the Partial Plan, the construction project for urbanization, the expropriation project for joint appraisal, the compensation project and the construction management. Budget € 4.432.401,57.
